Sprint PTP-2
The SPRINT SERIES high performance drilling and dowel insertion machines are perfectly suited for the manufacturing of dowel joints in the production of casegoods, drawers, cabinet and furniture frame parts, solid wood rails, stiles, jambs and posts. KOCH MACHINERY + SYSTEMS has a long tradition for providing stationary concepts for boring and dowel driving with PTP technology. These machines offer high flexibility for short runs, but also increase the production in work cells by off-loading slow operations from CNC work centers.
Not bound by a fixed center distance, the machines can be confugure for many applications.
Stationary CNC Technology
Over the years, KOCH has developed stationary concepts for CNC controlled:

KOCH has a long tradition of providing combination machines for high-speed processing of cabinet boxes, either face frame stile or 32mm system based, as well as furniture components which can be used in several applications. Combination machines for more flexible solutions like a combination rail and stile borer or dedicated machines for high – volume processing of specific parts are available.
