Advanced Panel Retrieval
While most panel processing shops are moving toward rackless storage, Holz-Her offers one of the smartest solutions on the market. Our in-booth demonstrations of the Holz-Her Store-Master will show how the sheet good inventory and retrieval system keeps track of your panel inventory even with mixed material stacks. We are excited to show how the Store-Master integrates with the Dynestic, our nesting CNC solution.
TECTRA 6120 – high performance with a new design
With the new look in “black”, the TECTRA 6120 pressure beam saw is perfectly suited to the design of the HOLZ-HER machines.
Dynamic 5-axis machining with grid table in XXL format
The new DYNESTIC 7535 CNC with 5-axis cutting spindle and a 2,200 mm deep grid table is the flagship of HOLZ-HER’s nesting series.
The maximum machining height of 300 mm opens up completely new application areas and market opportunities for the operator. Even with this huge working depth, the moving stands in solid gantry design ensure utmost precision and optimum cutting results via two synchronous drives.

The functionality of the Campus software provided and nesting result of the optional BetterNest software are truly impressive. The high-flow nesting table ensures optimum vacuum flow and can also be supplied with an intelligent 16-field grid table and software-controlled vacuum control. “The changeover to suction cups requires only minutes and makes the DYNESTIC 7535 a true universal CNC machine”. Quick change-over to double acting suction cups also allows workpieces such as doors, staircase components, etc. to be held securely. Naturally, it also features the high precision and efficiency of all 5-axis CNC machines from HOLZ-HER. This makes the DYNESTIC 7535 a true all-round talent with virtually unlimited machining capabilities.
The integrated linear guide concept is the unbeatable highlight. For example, the sawing carriage moves completely on linear guides inside the machine. This provides absolute production reliability, speed and performance. The new TECTRA series is also way ahead of the game when it comes to safety. The DGUV [German Social Accident Insurance] certification means it meets the highest safety standards – your guarantee for a safe workplace.
The TECTRA models cover the versions for manual loading, classic or power, the lift version with elevating table right on up to the dynamic, served by the STORE-MASTER storage system. The floating HOLZ-HER clamps mounted on linear guides prevent pressure points on the material. The main sawing motor, with up to 15 kw of power, manages the jobs with peak speeds of up to 130 m/min. The EasyPlan software enables optimization and movement of production parts and even the creation of expanded front views.
New edging highlights with the LUMINA 1596 4.0 Edition
The LUMINA 1596 4.0 Edition offers many attractive new highlights such as the latest generation of NC servo-axes, “Set-up in the gap” as well as new, intelligent user guidance.
Set-up in the gap
- In addition to iTronic, multi-function tool technology and fast servo-axes, “set-up in the gap” is one of the top themes for efficient edgebanding. “Set-up in the gap” enables you to run different machining processes at the same time on the edgebander. For example, the corner rounding unit or trimming unit pivoting can be switched on intelligently, without having to empty the machine for the set-up procedure.
Intelligent user guidance
- The new, intelligent user guidance allows an even more intuitive adjustment of all milling and scraping processes. At all times, the operator can identify which corrections are being made in which direction on a graphical display. The values for horizontal and vertical tool feed entered on the control unit are converted fully automatically to actual axis values in the background. This makes sample workpieces a thing of the past.
New generation of high speed servo-axes
- At HOLZ-HER we are currently installing more than 8,000 NC servo-axes of the latest generation every year. These axes ensure lightning fast changeover on your edgebander to a really wide range of applications: with repetition accuracy, durability and high precision.
